Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga Postures and 2 Breathing Exercises done in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. You’ve heard us say “every class is a beginners’ class” and we mean it! Everyone is welcome to give it a try regardless of age, height, weight, physical limitations, injuries, etc. Whether you’re looking for a way to challenge your regular work-out routine, improve your golf swing, reduce your mental and physical stress, aches and pains (OR all of the above): we’ve got what you’re looking for! You’ll feel the benefits of Bikram Yoga even after one class.
